About the Speaker

Frank Kollman
Attorney and Litigator

Frank L. Kollman is a management labor law attorney and litigator.  He has defended employers in court and before government agencies throughout the United States, and he has lectured nationally on labor law, employment discrimination, and occupational safety and health.  He has represented this association since 1984.

His law firm, Kollman & Saucier, P.A., maintains an interactive website at  The firm is recognized nationally in labor and employment law, and its members have authored numerous books and articles on those subjects.  Frank has the highest rating, AV, from Martindale Hubbell, has been recognized by the international ratings firm Chambers and Partners, and is a Maryland “Superlawyer” (which he thinks is a positive thing).

Frank has practiced law from his Maryland office since 1977.   He is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University and the Syracuse University College of Law, cum laude, where he was an editor of the Law Review and the Survey of New York Law.  For more information, consult his firm’s website.
