8:00am  Avoid Heat Pump Hell: Technical and Soft Skills to Keep Your Customers Happy presented by Sean Robertson Vice President of Membership from Air Conditioning Contractors of America

Heat pump conversions can be far more complex than simple box swaps, with plenty of pitfalls that could result in comfort issues, unrealized energy savings, callbacks, costly fixes, and unhappy customers. Fortunately, ACCA complements AACP with a suite of tools and training – available to members and non-members – that can help you avoid these pitfalls and, ultimately sell bigger jobs that deliver the comfort and efficiency your customers expect. This session will share training opportunities, new technologies, and soft skills to help you stand out among your peers and help your company stand out among the competition.
