Frank Kollman, Attorney & Litigator
Frank L. Kollman is a management labor law attorney and litigator. He has defended employers in court and before government agencies throughout the United States, and he has lectured nationally on labor law, employment discrimination, and occupational safety and health. He has represented this association since 1984.
Sabine Rogers, Manager, Government & Regulatory Affairs
As Manager, Government & Regulatory Affairs, at AnnDyl, Sabine leads state legislative and regulatory advocacy, policymaker education, and policy analysis/monitoring efforts for clients. She also manages initiatives related to the smart grid and home energy management, and has co-authored reports on grid-interactive efficient buildings and how smart technologies can advance home performance. Sabine convenes and engages with key industry stakeholders, and has organized numerous conference sessions, workshops, and working group meetings on topics related to energy efficiency and smart home technology.
